Replies usually within a few days. Please include your handle or the account UUID from Settings → Debug in the app — accounts are anonymous, so without one of these I can't find your record.
GridCard uses anonymous sign-in by design. There is no email, password, Apple, or Google login. When you first open the app a random account is created on the device.
You can't. Every install gets a new anonymous account. There is no way to recover the old one because no identity was ever attached to it. This is intentional — the trade-off for not asking for an email is that the account lives on the device.
In the app: Settings → Delete all my data. Everything (races, laps, notes, milestones, gear, linked accounts) is removed from the server within seconds. The app reopens with a fresh anonymous session.
Settings → Platform integrations → Low Fuel Motorsport → Link. Paste your LFM profile ID. The app gives you a short verification token to add to your Steam profile bio. Save it on Steam, then tap Verify in the app. Once the token is read from your public Steam profile the link is confirmed.
LMU runs on Windows only, so the app pairs with a small Windows companion that watches LMU's Results.xml. In the app: Settings → Platform integrations → Le Mans Ultimate → Pair. The app shows a 6-digit pairing code. Install the companion from gridcard.site/companion, enter the code there, done. New races sync automatically.
LFM data is fetched on a schedule, not in real time. To force a fresh fetch, open Settings → Platform integrations → Low Fuel Motorsport → Sync races now.
The companion only sees races that LMU itself wrote to Results.xml. If the result was never saved (game crash, network blip), there is nothing on disk to sync. Add the race manually from the Journal tab.
Settings → Platform integrations, open the linked platform, use Unlink. Cached stats are removed; you can re-link any time and fresh stats are pulled again.
The driver card, public share link, schedule, and sim linking are free.
Open the paywall (any locked Pro feature, or Settings → Unlock journal, insights & more) and tap Restore purchases. The app asks the App Store / Play Store with your store account and re-applies the entitlement.
Make sure the device is signed into the same App Store / Play Store account you used when you subscribed. If you bought Pro on Apple ID A and the device is now on Apple ID B, restore can't see the purchase.
Cancellation is handled by the store, not by GridCard.
Only people you give the link to. The card lives at
gridcard.site/c/<your-handle>. There is no
directory, search, or feed inside the app or on the website — your
handle is not discoverable unless you share the URL yourself.
Your handle, display name, country, race number, experience level, preferred disciplines, and bio. Linked-platform stats appear if you've enabled the public profile for that platform. Your gear setup is hidden by default; showing it on the public card requires Pro.
Email support@gridcard.site with your handle. Or use Settings → Delete all my data, which removes the page along with everything else.

Email support@gridcard.site with your handle or account UUID and you'll get a JSON dump. GDPR Art. 20 (data portability).
In the app: Settings → Send feedback. Bug reports, feature requests, and ratings all go through the same form. App version and build number are attached automatically; please include reproduction steps if you can.
